Visueño establishment of traditional cuisine specialized in the elaboration of homemade menudo. Founded by José Oliva, who also worked at the legendary Capote, this bar follows the recipe of Oliva’s mother, Manuela Martínez, for the preparation of their particular tripe, which they sell in tapas and portions and also in tubs to take away.

Currently run by José Antonio Oliva, son of José Oliva, the establishment also offers a wide assortment of stews: bull’s tail, chickpeas with spinach, meatballs, cabrillas and pig’s trotters.
